Uni Meditation Club

Our popular Learn to Meditation series of classes are designed to introduce you to simple and effective exercises to still the mind, including breathing techniques, creative visualisation, concentration and meditation techniques. Topics for discussion include using meditation for self-awareness, overcoming stress and other life problems, achieving inner potential and spiritual awakening.

Option 1: Introduction to Meditation, visualisation and concentration

Thurs 1st March; 7.30 – 9.00pm

Option 2: Introduction to Meditation, music and mantra

Monday 5th March; 7.30 – 9.00pm
Venue: Science Building basement, Room 303-B05.
