Our popular Learn to Meditation series of classes are designed to introduce you to simple and effective exercises to still the mind, including breathing techniques, creative visualisation, concentration and meditation techniques. Topics for discussion include using meditation for self-awareness, overcoming stress and other life problems, achieving inner potential and spiritual awakening.
Course – Once a week for 4 weeks
Option A: Starting four Tuesdays starting May 7; 7.30-8.30pm
Option B: Starting four Tuesdays starting Jun 4; 7.30-8.30pm
