Introduction to meditation
Meditation, the beautiful art of self knowledge, will prepare you for a brighter future, develop a calm and peaceful mind and simplify your life. Even a little practice will foster a growing inner happiness and the recognition of your life’s deeper purpose.

Course – Once a week for 4 weeks
Option A: Starting four Tuesdays starting March 5; 7.30-8.30pm
Option B: Starting four Tuesdays starting May 7; 7.30-8.30pm
Option C: Starting four Tuesdays starting Jun 4; 7.30-8.30pm
Option D: Starting four Tuesdays starting Jul 2; 7.30-8.30pm
Option E: Starting four Tuesdays starting Sep 3; 7.30-8.30pm
Option F: Starting four Tuesdays starting Oct 8; 7.30-8.30pm

Follow up classes
There will be a 3-week follow up course after the workshop which will explore and expand on the themes introduced – techniques for concentration and calming the mind, heart meditation, creative visualisation and the exploration of music for meditation.
